PAK789 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to your use of PAK789, an online gaming and sports betting platform available at pak789.pro. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on PAK789, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

PAK789 is operated as an online entertainment platform providing casino games, live dealer tables, slots and sports betting services in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms apply to all players accessing the platform from Pakistan.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not register an account or use PAK789. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use PAK789, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PAK789 is strictly for adults only. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

• You must not hold any existing PAK789 account. Only one account per player is permitted.

Each player may hold only one PAK789 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If PAK789 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be closed and bonuses forfeited. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, contact the support team immediately.

You are responsible for keeping your PAK789 login credentials secure. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. • Do not allow other people to use your account, place bets or make withdrawals on your behalf.

PAK789 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All transactions on the platform are conducted in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to deposits, and your account balance is always displayed in PKR.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and bank cards. Additional mobile wallet options may be available. The specific methods available to you will be shown in your account deposit section.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. PAK789 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered to you, the deposit may be returned and your account reviewed.

• Minimum deposit amounts are shown in your account at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• PAK789 does not charge fees on PKR deposits. However, your payment provider may apply charges independently.
• Deposits are typically credited to your PAK789 account within minutes of completion. If a deposit is not reflected within a reasonable timeframe, contact the support team with your transaction reference.
• PAK789 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if there are grounds to suspect fraud, account abuse or a violation of these Terms.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their PAK789 account at any time, subject to verification requirements and the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the deposit, or another verified method registered to the player's account.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, PAK789 may require identity verification. This is standard practice and is intended to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. Verification documents may include a copy of your national identity card or other government-issued identification. PAK789 processes verification checks as quickly as possible to avoid unnecessary delays.

Any active bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of the associated real-money balance can be processed. See Section 6 for full bonus conditions.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown in your account at the time of request.
• PAK789 does not apply platform fees to PKR withdrawals.
• Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and account tier. VIP members at higher tiers receive priority processing — see the VIP page for details.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• PAK789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

PAK789 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on slots, reload bonuses and VIP-specific rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms that are displayed alongside the offer — those specific terms take precedence over the general bonus rules in this section where they conflict.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply at PAK789:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete are removed from your account along with any winnings generated from them.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino and certain slot titles may contribute at different rates. Contribution rates are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are issued in PKR and are subject to maximum bet limits while a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per payment method.
• PAK789 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms or cancel a bonus if abuse is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

The PAK789 sportsbook covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral cricket series, football and esports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on PAK789.

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled by the player unless an early cash-out option is available and has been exercised before the relevant event concludes.

• Bets are void if an event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the timeframe specified by PAK789. Void bets are returned to your account balance in PKR.
• In-play betting is available on selected cricket and football matches. In-play odds are updated in real time and bets are accepted at the odds shown at the moment of confirmation, not at any earlier displayed price.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and are shown at the time of placing a bet. PAK789 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on individual accounts or markets.
• PAK789 may void bets placed on clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error. Where this applies, the affected bets will be returned to your account.
• Multi-bet (accumulator) rules: all selections must win for an accumulator to pay out. If one leg of an accumulator is void, the bet is recalculated as a reduced accumulator without the void selection.
• Cricket-specific: match result markets are settled on the official result at the time the match concludes, including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results in rain-affected matches.

PAK789 offers live dealer casino games, classic table games and a slots library. All casino and slots games are provided by third-party gaming software providers. The outcomes of all games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by the physical dealing of cards and spinning of wheels in real time.

Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and volatility information are available within each individual game. Players are encouraged to review this information before playing.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. These are clearly displayed before and during gameplay.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned to your account. If a game round has concluded before a technical fault occurs, the result stands.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time. Connection issues on the player's side do not entitle the player to a refund of stakes placed on rounds that completed successfully.

Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity across all platform products — casino, live casino, slots and sports betting all contribute.

• VIP tier benefits include faster withdrawal processing, access to exclusive promotions, higher bet limits and, from Gold tier onwards, a dedicated account manager.
• Tier qualification thresholds are reviewed periodically. PAK789 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds with reasonable notice to players.
• VIP status may be reviewed if there is a significant reduction in account activity over an extended period. Players will be notified before any tier downgrade takes effect.
• VIP programme benefits cannot be transferred between accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PAK789. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one PAK789 account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage strategies or coordinated play across multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods to fund a PAK789 account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using PAK789 to process funds obtained through illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable financial crime obligations.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access and use your PAK789 account.

Real-money balances remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered PKR payment method after standard verification checks.

PAK789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed prohibited activity as described in Section 10.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with PAK789's dormant account policy.
• Regulatory or security requirements that necessitate account review or closure.

Where an account is closed by PAK789 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances unconnected to the breach will be returned at PAK789's discretion after investigation.

PAK789 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to keep the platform available and functioning correctly, PAK789 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond PAK789's control may result in temporary unavailability.

• PAK789 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors outside of PAK789's direct control, or connectivity issues on the player's side.
• PAK789 is not responsible for any loss resulting from a player sharing their account credentials or failing to secure their login details.
• PAK789's liability to any individual player in connection with use of the platform is limited to the real-money PKR balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event.

PAK789 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment methods, product offerings or operational requirements. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the registered email address or through an on-platform notification.

Continued use of PAK789 after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 13.
